An improve Women’s Health and Fitness due to Training
Health and fitness quickly gaining importance among the people as they are developing awareness regarding the adverse effects of not taking care of their body properly. In spite of this growing awareness, a lot of people can still ignore the importance of taking care of their body. The two most common problems faced by people are of weight gain because of fat deposits, and failing health that results to malnutrition.
The problem of weight gain because of fat accumulation is particularly common among women in their middle ages. The main reason is that they do not take care of their body while they are still young, and thus have to endure the consequences at a later stage. Most people do not care about their health when they were younger and does not care about such problems. The problem starts when they reach the middle age, by then they are going to realize that they should have taken this into consideration when they have the chance to do so.
There are many fitness programs for women, involving different exercises designed in toning the body into proper shape thus preventing certain health issues. However, most of these exercises are only mild exercises and do not involve any complex trainings that could tone the body. There are conflicting views on resistance training exercises for women.
These views recognized by different doctors, researchers, and appearance experts, and based mostly on their personal opinions on fitness and beauty. Many women also have separate views regarding these exercises as they are not clear about their benefits also misguided by some women who wish for a muscular body. Women who prefer muscular body make other women think that resistance training means building a muscular body rather than a gentle toned womanly figure.
Most people do not understand the concept of resistance training for women. They are assuming that resistance training for women is same as that for men. While, the method is the same, object and other factors involved are far from that of men’s resistance training exercises.
Unlike men’s resistance training, it does not include complex machine exercises and weight exercises, but also include a proper diet and mild toning exercises. Although, some women overdo it, which is because, of personal preferences or improper fitness guides, resistance training for women are yet highly beneficial for overall fitness and health.
A woman may reap the fruits of this training, not only in their youth, but also in their old age. In youth, the fruit may be the perfect looking body shape and idealistic strength and endurance, while, in old age, the fruit would be strong bones that reduce the chance of broken bones because of a simple fall.
